This blanket is an economical mid grade conventional product best suited to general purpose, mid speed applications. It offers good resistance to most clean up solvents and UV inks. The surface is ultra smooth to ensure sharp half tone and dot reproduction, and good release properties. This blanket is especially suited to lid and medium speed sidewall printing.

Butyl 3

This blanket is manufactured with a butyl rubber compound for optimum resistance to most UV and IR printing inks. The rubber face is slightly softer offering improved ink release and print quality. This is a general purpose printing blanket which will work well on most applications except lid printing. This blanket offers good solvent resistance, and is economical to use with above average abrasion characteristics for cup printing.

This blanket is manufactured with a butyl rubber compound for optimum resistance to most UV and IR printing inks. The rubber face is slightly softer offering improved ink release and print quality. This is a general purpose printing blanket which will work well on most applications except lid printing. This blanket offers good solvent resistance, and is economical to use with above average abrasion characteristics for cup printing.

803 Comp

The 803 Comp is designed specifically for the plastic packaging industry. The unique construction of this blanket combines the surface materials used in the NATURAL coating blanket along with more conventional rubber materials.

This combination yields a blanket that is resistant to ink damage, will not delaminate and withstands the high abrasion factor of plastic substrates. The 803 Camp utilizes a compressible layer and possesses a cast surface layer.

855 Comp

855 Comp is manufactured utilizing cast surface technology. 855 Comp is an exceptional underlay and can be used in both web and sheetfed applications, providing quick release, excellent image detail and high resistance to UV inks and harsh solvents.

The Image 573 B-Comp was created for those commercial sheet fed printers who are continually changing stock size and gauge and are concerned about edge cutting, but strive for high print quality. The surface of the Image 573 B-Comp is extremely durable and resilient. The ultra smooth top surface provides exceptional print quality and release making it an exceptionally good blanket for printing tubes.

This buffed blanket is manufactured using a blend of rubber compounds to offer excellent resistance to ultraviolet inks. The buffed surface allows for increased ink carrying capabilities with superior release properties ensuring sharp halftone and dot reproduction. Best suited for high quality, high speed process printing.

Image 665 is exceptional for use in printing Styrofoam containers such as egg cartons and drink cups. Image 665 is also a viable option for irregular shaped plastic substrates in dry offset machines, polytype and Van Dam. This blanket offers high resistance due to its carboxyl top surface and high compressibility.

This blanket is constructed using a unique open cell polyurethane structure for true compressibility. Application of pressure is taken up by a reduction in void volume within the cell structure. This is particularly useful on irregularly shaped containers, inner ribbed products and tubs with inconsistent wall thickness. It is a proven blanket for cup and pail printers. Its light grey surface offers ease is set up, as most plate adjustments can be done on the blanket.
