A unique face compound which was developed to better address the needs of varying print requirements (solid & process printing), molding tolerances and print handling equipment. The highly resilient structure of the face comprises a special cell structure which offers excellent abrasion resistance and miss feed recovery as well as maximum solvent resistance. Increasing the blanket hardness and introducing a fabric interlayer allows for sharper process work with minimal stretch.

This blanket is considered to be a mid range blanket. It has a PVC face molded with a stainless mold to close the pores of the surface in order to release ink quickly! This product is also an exceptional underlay blanket. The soft backing absorbs impact in over pressure situations to keep print clear.
